With our modern machinery from LISEC (Germany) fully automated on line spacer, double glazing & silicone application, we are able to offer a complete service including structural bonding, gas filling, the decorative Georgian Bar in between glass panels and the Easy micro louver systems from Italy.

The Insulated Glass Unit mechanisms operate in glass (doors & windows) to achieve substantial heat gain and or heat loss coupled with increased acoustical properties for all climate conditions. We have two double glazing lines:

• One line is fully automated line
• The second is semi automated

Both lines are from Peter Lisec of Germany.
The area of these units can be up to 2.5m x 4.0m. The units are double glazed with dehydrated air space. This also enhances the insulation properties of the glass.
